Gene brings a very unique experience to Atkinson Gerber Law Office with his extensive Minnesota workers’ compensation experience. As a senior claims handler, Gene knows the ins and outs of every aspect of litigation. Along with both Tom and Kerry Atkinson, Gene is familiar with the tricks and tactics used by insurance companies to delay and obstruct workers’ compensation claims. In speaking with adjusters about unpaid or late benefits, Gene is able to cut through the bull and remind them that both he and Mr. Atkinson know their tricks as they both used to represent the employer and insurer. Gene is an expert in workers’ compensation claims handling practices and his insight is invaluable in speeding up the processing of workers’ compensation claims.
